At Duoriia, every garment is crafted with care and undergoes quality checks before it reaches you. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're happy to assist if you need a different size or color.

Exchange Instead of Refund
Duoriia follows an Exchange-Only Policy.
We do not offer monetary refunds for products once an order has been delivered.
If you're not satisfied with the size or color of your purchase, you may exchange it for another product of the same value, subject to availability.
Size & Color Exchange
Need a different size or color? We've made the process simple.
Step 1

Preferred Size or Color
Step 2
Our team will arrange a doorstep pickup from your delivery address.
Step 3
Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
Step 4
If approved, we'll dispatch:

The same product in your requested size or color (subject to availability), or
-
Another product of the same value, if your preferred option is unavailable.
Exchange Charges
For exchanges requested due to size or color preference:

Customers are responsible only for the actual courier charges.

Duoriia does not charge any additional handling, processing, or exchange fees.
Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a free pickup.

The correct product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
You will not be charged any shipping or exchange fees in such cases.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, the product must:

Be unused and unwashed.

Have all original tags attached.

Be returned in its original packaging.
-
Be free from stains, perfume, damage, or alterations.

Pass our quality inspection upon receipt.
Duoriia reserves the right to decline exchanges for products that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

Products that have been worn or washed.

Products without original tags.

Products returned in damaged condition.

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable (if applicable).
Exchange Processing Time
Once your returned product passes our quality inspection:

Exchange requests are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Shipping timelines for the replacement product will depend on your location.
